I have been feeling a bit lethargic & unmotivated & gravitating toward comfort food eating. I still have some chest congestion I can't shake. I've been taking mucinex & sleeping with the vaporizer, but it's not knocking it out.
I need to get back to the Gym. I think if I get back to my exercise routine, it will help. I told Hubby I want to go tomorrow. I'm not sure how much I'll be up for, but I'd like to give it a try.
Saturday, I'm supposed to go to a Fall Festival with my sister. We made the plan about a month ago. It's my birthday. Hubby said maybe he & I can celebrate on Sunday.

Are still testing positive for Covid? It does seem to hang on awhile. Sorry you are feeling off and still needing the vaporizer. After seeing your food pictures I see lots of comfort food! But I think I know what you mean. When I am not feeling myself I want things like saltine crackers and butter. Or toast and tea. Maybe wait on the gym until you are 100% Hope you start feeling better soon

No Fritzy, I've had 2 negative tests. I don't feel sick, just kinda blah. YOH, I woke up feeling less congested this morning! Thanks, Wifey!
I am going to give the Gym a try today. I won't push too hard, but I feel like I need to get moving again.
