not my worst, but definitely not my best eating day. guessing I'll see a small gain tomorrow. a year ago I would of been devastated these last 10 are taking so long, now I see it as a good thing that I am learning how to have balance and basically stay put weight wise. I have tried a number of things along this journey n am happy with what I have learned n found works for me. I also love that I've learned not to beat myself up when I have an off day, n accept it n move on accordingly after. that's a big bonus.
