Almost 38,000 steps a night this last week compared to 25,000 steps the weeks before! I have not eaten healthily at all this last week but still lost over 2l s and can only put it down to the steps I’m doing! Little munchkins aren’t allowing any time to cook properly so lots of beige food at present but once the healthy cooking comes back too I can’t wait to see how quickly it drops off again with this new increase in steps!
