Been making progress this weekend :) Due to some tech issues and timing problems I haven't been able to accurately log as I go but I was down to 158 pre-workout this morning and gym time has become a mini booster mood and stress wise. Its started to become something to look forward to, a little bit of "me" time rather than an excuse to leave the house. It totally makes my morning supercharged too--almost don't even need coffee.
