wanted to do cardio fasted this morning. but I was feeling a little nauseous. so I ate 2 grapes for a little sugar and to get something in my belly. the sugar/carbohydrates withdrawal plan is to use the grapes, just a few at most each time, to combat any negative side effects like that nausea
