Lisa agus: aku olga 2 jam per 6 hr say. Klo awal mending 1 jam dulu aja or 30 menit juga udh bagus. Aku makannya pola nya makan sesuai bmr kdng aku lebihin dr bmr 200 tp kurang dr tdee.
