Hi Longer82. For my own info please can you say which fish and how did you make the rice? Looks very enjoyable. I want to recreate it for myself, thank you.

Hi Mazchap, sea bass skin-on fillets with a bit of lemon juice, salt, pepper and rice flour. Rice was Tilda lemon-chilli flavour. Sea bass is amazing as there's no fishy smell during frying. My Vegan wife doesn't like the smell of a fish.

Perfect staging 😎 I can confirm this is the first fish that does not leave a fishy smell at home for the next week 😵‍💫
