Not bad for having a bad week of Melona bars and such. It's been a while but I'm seeing progress, I feel it more on hormonally "skinny" days. My last bloat wasn't terrible though and I've been more mindful since getting my sensitivity test back. It's getting cooler so no more ice cream but also not much more outdoor activities left of the year for me. Back to the gym!
