Going to Outback today with friends. This place is calorie city. Here's my plan: Atlantic Salmon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans and Carrot Cake with water and coffee (1300 calories) . If I stick to it, I will still have 400 for later so I won't have to go hungry the rest of the day. (I might skip dessert and go for a salad, but the outback salads are pretty heavy as well.
