Working on getting back to finding things to keep me motivated to eat healthy and keep my activity levels up-- especially with school starting this week!
I'm starting with smaller goals like getting to the gym every morning/evening and finding some workouts that'll keep things fun and exciting. I have a future goal of eventually being able to run five miles a day, so... pumping up the cardio might be a good start.
I can't say I didn't lose track of what I've been eating for a few days but... I'm always learning from it.
I have another goal of making healthier choices too!
