I expected to have the same or a gain from the weekend. Today, I'm back on track and hoping to lose at least 5 pounds in the next 2 weeks. I've been slacking off since I was sick and have been experiencing stress about a possible move.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
