Blew out last night with biscuits and then chocolate. I wasn't craving anything I was just really pissy that I'm not losing weight. In fact I have put back on the kilo and a half I lost in the first 2 weeks. And I haven't changed anything!

I just went and quickly checked your journal...if you're on atkins I see several key mistakes that may be stalling you. You are eating way too much protein and not enough fat...fat should be a good part of your diet, most of it, for awhile, especially if you're on Induction, and it looks like you are since you are so low in carbs. You REALLY shouldn't be doing ANY strenuous physical activity while in induction. It WILL stall you and you should be taking it easy. Your carbs are also a little low, and fruit is not allowed on induction. Atkins is not a high protein diet - it is a LOW carb diet. You will gain weight/continue to stall on this diet if you don't do it right...trust me! It's hard, I know, but you really need to get those 20nc a day - not 18 - and they need to come from veggies, not fruit, and not nuts. Are you drinking your water? You should be drinking water, and a lot of it. I see a lot of flux in your calorie intake. Try to keep it consistent, along with your fat intake and other food intakes. The second stage of atkins does involve adding fruit, nuts, etc back into your diet at a slow rate to see how you react. Have you read the book? DANDR, 2002 - Dr. Atkin's New Diet Revolution - is a must read. Good luck, yeah?
