Beyond frustrated that due to circumstances (best left out), I won't be able to go on my walk today. At least I got a decent one in last night. So, I will be doing hip hop abs this evening. I like power walks/jogs outside in nature better, to be honest. My diet I have been trying to transition to vegan. Not a hundred percent there, but want to be, and want to get my salt and fat intake down. Pretty sure the fish and all the larabars today were not helping in that respect, nor the soup yesterday. I have a package of dates I'll probably eat tomorrow for breakfast, and at least six, seven or more bananas in the freezer to make straightup banana soft serve icecream from the yonana machine, maybe for tomorrow's lunch. I love soft serve banana. HEAVEN!! :D I appreciate the support shown since my return. Means a lot, insane a lot. Thankyou.

Yeah we can't control what life throws at us, only how we react to it. I prefer outdoor activity as well, especially since cooler weather will be coming in a few months. I like to get out and enjoy it while I can. Hope you have a better day today :)
