Hi RC. I use this site to set my monthly goals: https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ Even if you are not doing keto, it's a great calculator. I aim for one gram of protein per pound of estimated lean body mass (about 157 for me right now), and then I personally plan to eat about half that number in fat and carb grams. So, right now, I am doing about 75 of each. It works out to be in the 1700-calorie per day range for me. I adjust slightly every month depending on my weight on the first of the month. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing the keto-calculator, Bill. I'd never seen that one before. I enjoyed taking it for a ride, and it confirmed my understanding of where my macros should be, but much more simply. I've gotten there through a lot of trial and error.
