Welp, I'm back from our vacation cruise. I couldn't record my food because I didn't have internet. I have to admit that first day, I think I overdid it, but I felt better working out in the gym 3 out of the 4 days we were at sea. Its been 5 days since I weighed in and I have to admit I'm a little worried. I'm going to try to get back on track over the weekend and weigh in bright in early on Monday morning. Wish me luck!

I think I love the machines at gyms HCB, but I'm a little intimidated into joining one though. It's a big commitment plus I sometimes felt like ... "What should I be doing"? "Am I using this thing right?" LOL! Did they see I didn't completely squat correctly? I know it all in my head, and I need to get over it 😊

Sounds like you held your own on the cruise. Good for you!
You just need to find a gym that is the right fit for you. I go to our local YMCA. There is a wonderful mix of people there of all sorts of fitness levels. The trainers are extremely helpful and got me using the equipment in the beginning as well as occasionally offering advice along the way. There is not that feeling of being watched/judged by fellow gym-goers.
