Been jumping around between 136 and 137 for about two weeks. Generally I plateau for a couple of weeks then beat myself up with workouts until the scale budges. That will be my approach next week. Tomorrow going to Savannah where I will spend the day walking, but also probably doing some day drinking with my friends. Beginning on Monday I am going to cut drinking out all but one day a week - I think it should help with the progress as well. Next week I want to see the high end of 135! Come on milestone. I need ya.
