Little celebration post - I didn't even realize, I hit my goal weight last weigh in!! I've been pretty sick so it just didn't click until now. I'm so proud of myself. on another note, has anyone else experienced their hunger just going away the less they eat? I've been averaging 1300 calories whereas 1700 used to be what I needed to stay full. now, I feel kind of sick if I get that many, even though I'm burning a lot more. I think it's a good thing. I'm being super careful not to eat below 1200.
