Thanks, guys. I know it's nothing dramatic, but even a small change helps motivate me. Especially since the dreaded scale is up a tad. I have such a love/hate relationship with that thing. While it's hard for me to stay off of, part of me wants to just throw it out of a closed window...lol. I've been lifting heavy (for me) 4-5× a week since August 4th, mostly 1.5 - 2 hours per session. Upper/Lower split.

Thanks, Wayne! That means alot coming from you! 😁 The hubby says he doesn't notice a difference. At least the one good thing about him, he is very honest. He doesn't sugar coat anything. If you get a compliment out of him, it is a HUGE accomplishment! 🤣

Honestly, no. But probably it does at a less noticiable scale. The important thing is to keep going and you’ll start noticing bigger results!

Thanks for the encouragement, DP! WILL DO! At least I'm getting stronger each session. 🙂 I use Hevy app to keep up with progression.

You know I love you, but I can't see it yet. But, I'm looking forward to seeing it, and I want to tell you that you inspire my lazy a$$. I just joined the Y, and after a big push on turning over a rental house in the next week - painting, I'm going to start my formal fitness program. Thanks for the motivation!
