Yes, I did exercise Monday and Tuesday. I use to walk a lot. I'd like to get into that again. I'm going to walk today, my energy at the moment is at an all time low.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
