Well, today is an exciting day, as I've reached my first goal. Officially at 30 lbs down, and BMI is below 30.
It seems like the high protein method has been working well for me. Also, it looks that if I want to lose 2 lbs/week, my daily intake needs to be at 1300 calories.
If I can stick to that, I'll meet my short-term goal of 170 by January, which is when we have health-risk assessments at work, and that's my 'healthy weight maximum' for my height/build.
