Grrrrrrrr. It's so hard to control my intake sometimes. I know it's wrong, but still, I insist to eat something I know I shouldn't.

I got sooo addicted to a banana popsicle. I know.. only 50kcal. Buuut I just keep eating and eating and eating. I ate 5 today! 5 !!!! What the hell.

Gotta make it up to myself this weekend. I am really encouraged to lose the remaining 1.9 lb, til I get to my first goal (get my weight under 200). BY MONDAY! I know right. Gotta forget that I have banana popsicle in the freezer. Oh well.

Drea, i found this website the same way you did, i had just restarted my dieting and was looking up calories in a mango and wow i was so happy to find FatSecret! Ive been on a week so far and am doing fairly well. I am learning what is good to eat and not. I love ice cream so i dont buy it and am focusing on trying to eat 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fat. I try to keep my carbs mostly whole grains so my body has to work hard to transform them into energy. I also added walking everyday and hope that helps. Im gonna add yoga soon because i hear it is great! good luck to you! I sent a buddy request if you want to be buddies!
