I've no idea why I have lost weight this week. My choices were meh, but I was mostly under my desired calorie count, so that must be the most of it. And I'm feeling pretty "meh" overall. No knee paid yet today, so heren't hoping that break was just what was needed. Back on the wagon tomorrow.
