Great Video. The content agrees with a good book I'm reading. I needed the reinforcement from the video, cause last night I overate (Again). Thanks for sharing. I'm not doing a Keto diet; I'm doing the CICO diet/lifestyle, but the result is the same, reduce the belly circumference, and you reduce the nasty visceral fat.
