For one person: chicken breast or thigh fillet — 100g, pasta (I used brown) — 35g, red kidney beans — 50g, onion — 50g, tomatoes — 80g, spinach — 40g, broccoli or zucchini — 100g, thyme, garlic, oregano, chili pepper, black pepper, paprika. Fry onions, add chicken. Then add spinach, and finely chopped tomatoes and spices. Aside boil pasta, cut zucchini and boil them for 2 minutes. Add into chicken pasta, beans and zucchini, cook another 5 minutes.
