I'm working on two challenges at once to try and stay motivated (even if it makes for a busier schedule). I've bought a bunch of produce plus eggs and bacon to make food at my house since I usually just scrounge (benefits of living with family--- which leads to bad choices). I feel like making bacon ahead of time and reheating with eggs or making avocado-eggs and such has been really fun so far. It's nice learning new ways to cook for yourself.
The main problem I have right now is not eating anything after 8pm, no carbs after 6pm is fine... but I only get one short break between my 9am job and the one that ends at 8pm. Small breaks makes it hard to have a whole dinner... so I sometimes have to eat after. I'm not super happy with it though.
