I can’t believe it's Monday again. The week seems to fly by. Weight is still in an upward trend. I admit I'm not trying super hard but need to re-commit on eating better. I've developed some bad habits and need to refocus. I just feel that there’s a lot of noise going on in my head with the things I need to do and should do. It's weird. I can’t seem to quiet them down completely though I know I'm probably trying to do too much or procrastinating on what needs to be done until there's too much to be done.
I need to focus! Sometimes I wish I had someone to share this journey with other than us here (no offense... ❤️ FS fam!).Truth is IRL I can’t share my frustrations and efforts with people because I easily get annoyed. I get recommendations of things that aren’t realistic for me, or the comment that I don’t need to lose weight.
Trying...trying... It's all I can do. Keep trying...
