Could not go to Avalon again today as I am afraid of caving in to all the goodies there. I am working on overcoming my sugar addiction/sensitivity. Today was good so far. Comtemplated having a goodie at Safeway but decided to ride home and eat my food that is good for me. Pleased with myself for doing that.

I think I look a little underweight as my sister says but I cannot put any on as my new clothes won't fit. The newest capri/shorts are a sizd 2. I have jeans that small too. I don't think I am that small...that is a size that the manufactures make up. I might be 5 lbs under but that is all.

I feel good most of the time. I am fairly fit. I am active and I do daily workouts on a reasonalbly steady basis. I no longer drink alcohol, smoke, chew nicorette and am not addicted to regualar gum either anymore. I have overcome quite a bit and it has been tough at times. But I do crave bakery goods a lot. This is why I am weaning myself off of Stevia...it is plant based sweetner that causes me to crave sweetness. Doing well so far today.
