Hello FS friends,
I have been away from fatsecret for about 6 months and have gained back between 15 - 20 pounds.
What this has made me realize is that I need accountability and keeping track of my foods is a necessity! Fatsecret is the BEST site I have found for this and I am ready to get back on track.
I love the community support and look forward to can't wait to start seeing some progress.
