Okay, I've cut my food down BIG TIME for today compared to how I've been overeating the last 10 or so days.

Today will probably feel like a diet, which I HATE, but my body has to get used to the smaller portions again. Once I get used to eating less than 1800 calories a day, it won't feel so diet-y.

And, here I go.

LOLZ overeating. That has me the past two days -___- It sucks but it seems like you're getting in some acitivites so thats good at least. Breaking even isnt always a bad thing. GOOD LUCK!
