Selina, I'm so sorry about your cat. It's so hard when they've been a part of your life for so long, but you also know it had 19 years of love and caring! A very lucky soul. You'll do great with your 5K! Just enjoy the whole experience!

I am so sorry for your loss, one of my 2 cats seems to be getting close. She's 14. I'm not ready to let her go, but I suppose we never are. Anyway, good luck tomorrow!!!

I'm sorry about your cat! That's very sad. Nineteen years is a wonderfully long, good life for your dear pet. On another note, you and I will be going on vacation about the same time. (I'm going to WDW with the family) We have to make these last 3 weeks pre-vacation a success diet-wise. I know we both can do this! I know that when I'm in Disney, I will easily gain 3lbs that week from all the good food I DO plan on eating! (When in Rome....)

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I'm sure losing a pet isn't easy. I just got my first dog ever in March and I can't bear the thought that she may not always be with us. Your cat sounds like she lived a long life and I'm sure she got the most out of it living with you. I hope with time you will feel better. Take care of yourself, Selina!
