Just updated my profile photo. This was me nine years ago. It’s time I get back to who I was. I will stay disciplined and stick with this 1000 calorie per day diet for two months, and then start the gym. Swim for an hour, sauna, steam room and then walk a mile. The first week at the gym starts in October.
