fell off the wagon today and had a sugar splurge , pain au raison and chocolate. Did the usual morning fast to 12.00 which is not too hard as i am not much of a breakfast person, (although if there is a good buffet at a hotel, i indulge). I took a salad with me but was still very hungry after eating it and got the full sugar craving.. typical when I am on the road, 300km so not always easy to find the health low carb fillers. back to regime tomorrow. I gave the glass of wine in the evening and not looking for it but sugar remains a demon.
