Diet time!

Tomorrow I'm going to try really hard to stick to the plan as currently written in my food diary here.

Since I've been eating about 600 more daily calories than that this entire week so far, this will feel like a diet.

But I really feel as if I need one day of being super-strict to jumpstart the last phase of weight loss: the final 10 pounds.

If you can stand to do it, try to make a lot of the same meal. I eat the same breakfast and meal when I'm at work more or less every day. No thought going into your meals = fewer ways to mess it up =P Then I mix up dinner usually everyday. Stick to it, you will get it =)
