One day down for intermittent fasting. 2 days back to back of exercise. 1 day of eating fairly clean and NO booze. I would really like to make this a habit and be down at least 20lbs by my birthday in January. I can do this!!!!

I am doing Dry Fasting for 1 day, once in a month. It helps to loose during that day 1 kg and body eats damage cells, so it increases the immune system. Also, check Keto diet, or low carbs diet, it really works
