Stayed pretty much the same...down .2 lbs.😉 That's after eating out last night and not skimping on the meal, but not going crazy either. No toning exercises yesterday....ran out of time and babying my sore foot. Gotta do them today. I did walk this AM. Only 5 more days before the Beach...not sure if I'll take off the 5 lbs. I'd planned on, but trying to stay with it.
