abranco01, 1.5 cup milk (I use 2%) .5 cup self rising flour - whisk the milk and flour in large bowl until lumps disolve. Add 5 eggs and whisk again. Add the rest of the ingredients and then just stir to mix well. 4 pieces of bacon cooked till crispy then crumbled. I added a little deli turkey I had too. 1.5 C shredded cheese (cheddar - Colby jack - pepper jack) whatever kind you like or a mix. 2 diced ripe medium size tomato's. Pour into butter greased pie dish and cook in preheated 375⁰ oven for 40 minutes or until nicely browned. Let set for 20 minutes - Pie makes 8 nice size pieces.
