I can't seem to stop overeating...
I'm back to eating healthier options again, but it's just never enough.
I guess that after a week of unhealthy eating (including some binges), if I'm going to get back on track (eating a calorie DEFICIT), I will probably feel as if I'm on a diet for a few days while my stomach adjusts to the smaller portions again.
Crap, I hate feeling like I'm dieting.
