Doing a crazy 2.5 hrs of exercise a day and eating 1500 calories.
Fasted exercise gives a 60% boost to fat burn so my 1000 calories become 1600. Add that to 500 calorie deficit on eating its 2100/3500= 0.6lb per day loss. So far its working 🏃♀️
