32 minutes on the treadmill done. 😅Haven’t jogged in quite some time so I was a bit worried I would be able to hang. Surprisingly, I am not as out of shape as I feel. Lol granted the intervals are like 30 seconds and no incline but I did manage to do 2 full minutes jogging at the end. We’ll see if I can work the stamina back up this month. Time for shower and super hot weather ahead.
