Just for fun My favorite healthy swaps
Greek yogurt for sour cream Coconut oil for butter Unsweetened almond milk for milk Quinoa for rice spaghetti squash for pasta black bean spaghetti for pasta Store bought pizza crust and top it myself instead of ordered pizza. Homemade taco seasoning salt free mix instead of a packet Ground turkey in place of ground beef (cheaper)
I sometimes still use butter,brown rice,and healthy pastas like healthy request variety. I also add ground flaxseed to things now in place of wheat germ. I think wheat germ bothered my gut. I also have had to give up cauliflower, broccoli,apples,chickpeas,and chilli. All foods I love but my gut does not agree.
