It's like a constant cycle but this time I'm going back to what I know. Instead of trying to join the hype of certain diets, I'll stick to incorporating fruits and veggies. As well as portioning and eating to feel full not overstuffed or hungry. This worked for me at the beginning of the summer so I'll just go forth with it again.
