Happy Monday FS! So I'm in an upward spiral but not losing hope. Not sure why but I'm getting close to frustration. I cant seem to keep control of food intake. I keep eating things I know would sabatoge my healthy eating... ice cream, cheesecake, etc... I have the mind set of ok I'm gonna do this then I lose my thought and before I know it I'm eating crap...
I realize exercise isnt my issue for weight loss since I'm naturally active. I dont know how to sit still. It is definitely my eating. I think I'm gonna try to clear my slate (brain) and re-start the experiment of lossing weight and what I can and cannot eat. One year ago I was 10pounds lighter. Somewhere a long the way I slowly re-gained it all.
Today... trying to eat only before 6pm.

When temptation becomes too much of a problem, I start removing bad foods from the house. It is harder when the people around you are not on the same path. I love ice cream too, we try to buy low calorie stuff as much as possible.
