I didn't lose a whole lb yesterday, but I did lose .2 lbs so that's something. I'm a bit constipated and have to start taking my fiber supplement, but I'm kinda scared to, lol, because it says "fiber laxative" on the bottle and I've never taken it so I don't know how my body will react. I can be quite sensitive to fiber, sometimes when I eat salad or other green veggies I get diarrhea...I think I'll take the fiber supplement this evening after we get home from my daughter's kindergarten orientation so I know I'll be at home if I need to take care of business! hehe
I definitely need to eat more salad so that's what I'm having for lunch today.
