I've tried it all, using this app to just watch my calories and using it to watch my carbs and I finally learned what works for my 59-year-old body! intermittent fasting. I eat one meal somewhere between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. each day and I've gone from 214 lb to 198 lb in about 5 weeks. I'm absolutely amazed to find something that works with my metabolism and is going to help me get to my goal of 165 by my 60th birthday
