Yesterday I had breakfast out - three eggs scrambled, with breakfast potatoes, and a toasted bagel with butter and grape jelly with a side of well-done corned beef, hash, and lots of coffee. Oh my goodness, delicious and worth every moment of seeing my slight weight gain.
