Had lost a couple lbs; but then gain them back plus one more. 😞 Holiday was difficult. Still trying to figure it all out. I think maybe I'll focus more on Carbs, Proteins, & Fats with what I'm eating and less on calories. That's starting to feel to much like a chore. I've only got 20 lbs to lose...so...yeah - that's my game plan for now. 😉
