Bought a very ripe can to lope for .99. I always search for reduced fruits,veggies and meat. Cheap but must be eaten or frozen right away. My exercise consisted of walking around iga and drug store for meds. Did not weigh myself because I'm afraid to. I most likely gained weight. Tomorrow is going to be nice. I will try and walk our gravel roads without breaking my neck. Nice thing about living in such a rural area-No traffic beautiful scenery,river flowing by. (Not good at high water, very scarey)birds singing almost heaven.I guess my goal in all this is not to die and be able to climb up and down river bank and fish for carp. Don't eat but they are real fighters hugs to all and may tomorrow be 1 less pound in your life :)

well my exercise if only 10 minutes of cardio LOL. not much but its a start.... I eat sweets and oil food today but all in my calorie range. my lunch was however healthy. I NEED TO TRY CANTALOUPES my mom eats it all the time.
