Really exciting nsv for me today. I ran a 5k in 36:53 time. Beat my record by about 6 minutes. Longest I've ever ran at one time!I ran 3k then walked .5k and then ran the remaining 1.5k. It was so awesome! ! I just did this alone too through my neighborhood ,a personal goal I wanted to do this year by September. I crushed it baby!!

Thank you I was very inspired by the show extreme weightloss last night. If 298 lb Pearls can do it,I knew I could! I just imagined Heidi Powell next to me,cheering me on. :)
