Sorry to hear you’re in a hard place Chestnut. You haven’t failed…we only fail once we give up. And even then, we can start again. Thats a shame, Chesty. I tend to use FatSecret as a distraction from real life. Chat about diet and exercise with a few laughs thrown in. Sometimes its just enough to distract the mind from negative thoughts.

Look after yourself chess. Sometimes you have to focus on your mental health before you can get back to looking after your physical health, and that's OK. Do what you gotta do, and come back when you're ready to. There's plenty support here if you need it.
