Early weigh in
We got away about 7:30 AM & had a fairly uneventful drive...arriving @ our hotel in Pa. about 7:40 PM. As planned we brought snacks & didn't stop to eat at any restaurants. We had coffee, so all was good til we had a late breakfast at a rest stop. Hard boiled egg, a slice of ham & a couple of mini cheese slices. I had a bit of cheesy popcorn late afternoon, but wasn't hungry otherwise.
We went to Applebee's for dinner. I had Salmon, mashed potatoes & broccoli with a glass of Cab. Hubby had steak, mushrooms, mashed potatoes & broccoli. We shared a brownie bite & a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
We're all tucked into the hotel now, hoping to get a good night's sleep & finish our drive tomorrow.
I won't be weighing (no scale) or logging for the next 10 days.
